We firstly thank you for choosing our products for your requirement. Each product / tool / component page has a link Buy Now. This link guides you through to buy the product online. Below are the simple steps to buy a product / tool / component on mnsoftbay.com:
Click "Quick View" from the top bar from any of the pages.
Choose the product that you would like to buy from "Quick View" page.
Click "Purchase" link that is available against each product listed in the QuickView.
You will be given a choose of various License options available for each products. To know more about License options, Click here.
Click "Next" Link that is available against the desired License Option.
You will be given with a choice of retailers who help us with e-commerce facility to buy our products online. Choose the retailer of your choice.
Click "Buy Now" Link, to get redirected to the respective retailer buy page.
Enter the details sought for like, Mode of payment, First Name, Last Name, Email ID etc.
You will get a confirmation whether the transaction was successful. You will be give a Order ID. Please keep the Order ID safely, as it will be required for any future reference.

Can I return my component or product after purchasing, if I find it not suiting me? Is there such option available?

No. In the first place, we have a very clear evaluation process in place for all our products. We offer 30 days evaluation trial version for all our products / tools / components. We strongly recommend that you download the evaluation version and try it for yourself before you purchase online. Secondly, we dont have the logistics to reserve a transaction, so once you purchase, there is no way we can return the money. Please, be sure you evaluate thoroughly to ensure that the products that you choose suit your needs, before you purchase our products.

Is Evaluation a fully functional product or component?
A.
An evaluation is most likely a fully functional product or tool or component. It may have some minor limitations, but you will be able to see and feel all the functionalities for yourself before you buy the products. An evaluation version expires within 30 days from the date of first installation.

I have just purchased the orginal version of one of your products or tools or components. What is next? How do I convert my evaluation version to original version?
A.
Once you have successfully bought the product online, please give us 24 to 72 hours to receive the license file from us via email. Please ensure you give the right email ID when you purchase. You have to apply the license file by running the same setup which you used to install the evaluation version. It is worth to note, you dont need to re-install the product, unless you have downloaded a new version.

I have already successfully purchase your product or component online? I have not received the license file as yet.
A.
Please give us atleast 24 to 72 hours, to send you the license file via mail. We start the process once we receive confirmation from our retailers. Please be sure you have furnished the right information particularly your email at the time of purchase. These information is very crucial to ensure you experience a smooth process. If it is already more than 72 hours since your purchased, then there is like some issue which needs to be attended to. There is no way for us to reach you if in case the email ID is wrong or not working consistently, and your mail to us will help us to track the order and resolve.

What am I entitled if I purchase "Developer License"?
A.
Developer License is applicable only for components, not for tools or components. You can buy "Developer License", if you shall use the component solely for the purpose of designing, development and testing. If you want to use the application in which you have integrated one of our components, then you will have to purchase the appropriate license seperately, depending on the nature of usage.

When should I purchase "Development Site" License?
A.
If you will have two or more developers in your organization who will develop applications using one or more of our components, then you will have to purchase the "Developement Site" License for each of those components that will be used in your applications. You can use the component(s) across various applications that you design and develop.

Iam a Individual developer. I have to develop an application using one of your components and use it myself. Will it suffice that I purchase a "Developer" License?
A.
No. "Developer" license and "Development Site" license are solely meant for development purposes. In your scenario, we recommend you directly buy the "Desktop" License, which allows you to develop and use the component on a single machine.

When should I opt for a Desktop License?
A.
If you will use our product or tool or component from a single physical machine, then "Desktop" License is sufficient. If you plan to install the product or tool or component in more than one machine, then you will have to choose either "Corporate" or "Enterprise" License.

Iam a developer and I have 5 individual clients to whom Iam developing a software. I would like to use one of your components in my application, which inturn 5 of my clients shall use. What type of licensing should I go in for.
A.
Well, you will buy a developer license and each of your client shall purchase "Desktop" license for each of the component that you have used in your application. You can ship or package the assembly (*.dll) along with your application. For each of your clients you can give the license file(s) pack which needs to be extracted in your application directory.

We are a corporate and we have one developer who develops software for our organization? We need to buy some of your tools / components? What is the licensing should I adopt?
A.
You may start your development activity with a mere "developer" license. As you applicaiton reaches the final stage, you can choose to buy the apporiate license that allows you to use our components or tools.
Various licensing options that you have depending on the nature of usage:
If the component or tool shall be used across multiple terminals, then you will have to choose "Corporate" license.
If the component or tool shall be used over multiple terminal across various locations of your organization, then you will have go in for "Enterprise" license.
If component or tool is used on only one terminal and at any point in time only one user shall use, then "Desktop" license shall suffice.
If the component is installed on a server machine and several users shall access your application that embeds our components, then you need to go in for "Server" license (if applicable).
How long does the evaluation version of your products or tools or components work?
A.
All the base products / tools / components displayed in mnsoftbay.com has an evaluation version that you can download from Quick View. An evaluation version shall work for about 30 days from the date of first installation.

How do I get support after I have purchase your components / tools / products?
A.
We offer your a 90 days email support for all our products from the date of successful purchase of the product or tool or component. Officially after 90 days from the date of purchase the support obligation ceases. However, we shall respond to your queries beyond expiry of support.

I have received the license file through mail. How do I convert my Evaluation version to original version?
A.
We presume that you have already downloaded the evaluation version and succesfully installed in your terminal. You run the setup program again, and you will find an option "Install license file". Just click that option and choose the license file. We will get a confirmation of installing the license file. Now your evaluation is already converted into a original product or component.

How to I integrate your component with my application?
A.
You must have already purchased the appropriate license which allows you to use the component. We also assume that you have already installed the license file that you would have received through mail on successful purchase of the component. In the directory, where you have installed, you will find the assembly (*.dll) and the license file (*.mnlic). Copy these two files and package it with your application. Please note, Developer license and Development site license are solely for the purpose of development and do not permit you are your clients to use the component.
